Polycarbonate ahoy!

Ahoy me harties! I knows you be reading this now, but back when this all happened, it was around September 19th, which all good scurvey dogs knows, be national talk like a pirate day!

Has anyone tried this to make their own replacement plastics?

I think I’d like to give it a try. Anyone know a good place to get
0.040″ thick Polycarbonate sheet other than dodgy people on ebay?

Now to sticks me printouts to me polycarbonate!

In this pic the polycarbonate still has the while film stuck to the back to stop it getting scratched.

Next I sprayed a thin layer of white onto the decals to protect them. The white layer will later be the bottom.

Next step, wait for it to dry and cut them out! Watch this space 🙂
