Since I’ve been so crap at updating my blog lately, I thought I’d upload a few pics from our weekend trip to the Ice Bar in London. Rachel and I went with our friends Noz and Lo. Frozen merriment was had by all \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Before you go in they give you a huge silver thermal overcoat and gloves to keep your important bits from falling off. Before I went in, I thought.. minus five.. that’s not that <\/em>cold, I’ll be fine, but after ten minutes, it’s f***ing freezing! Goodness knows how I’m ever going to survive if I go to Canada in the winter! I’ll have to duct tape a\u00a0nuclear powered hot water bottle\u00a0to my back \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

The decor inside is awesome! Everything aside from the ceiling and floor is made from crystal clear ice! Check out the ice glasses! For some reason I thought they would be round, but square makes much more sense and I think you’d drop them very easily. These square glasses were just right for gloved hands. The drinks were of course all vodka bases and very yummy. I recommend the “Absolut Sami Dreams”, made with Absolut Vodka, Coconut liqueur and Pineapple juice.<\/p>\n

Before we went into the bar, it was blazing hot sunshine… so naturally the second we stepped outside from the winter wonderland, in typical English fashion, it was pissing it down \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
