OMG you would not believe how hard it is to find the triangular cannon part I’m looking for!<\/p>\n

This is the thing I’m looking for: \"Left<\/p>\n

It’s a bit of triangular metal that attaches a crank to the cannon to turn it from left to right.<\/p>\n

No-one has it listed on their website, let alone has it in stock!!<\/p>\n

Finally after days of searching I found the above picture, listed under the wrong part code on an american pinball site. But this is the left drive plate and I need the right hand one. .. So I emailed them. They came back to me and said that they only stock the left ones and they get all their stock from someone else.. Why on earth would you only stock the left plate and not the right?!?!<\/p>\n

So I check out the website of the people that they say they get their parts from. Searching for the proper part code doesn’t work, so I search for the wrong code from the first site and I find a single item. Listed under the wrong part code, and with no picture! it says “Drive plate – Right STTNG” .. so it looks like these guys sold their left drive plate to the other people and kept the right hand one! Quantity in stock: 1! .. ORDER! … Item cost : $6.85 .. Shipping to UK: $80!! Yikes! .. A quick change of delivery address and .. Shipping to Rachels parents in Canada: $10, that’s more like it \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

The main place I’ve been ordering my stuff from is PinballHeaven<\/a>, and they were the first people I asked about the cannon part. The guy there emailed me back to say sorry, but he didn’t have it.. but I should talk to one of his friends, who also has a STTNG to see if he has any spare parts.. the email address he gave me was for Alex P, who I’ve already been talking to from ebay!
