Rachels parents called last night to say that my drive plate had arrived at their place and they’re sending it on to blightly for installation \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

I have received no email notice or anything from illinois pinball about it being posted! I just checked on the website again and my order is still marked as “Processing”. Their site uses OSCommerce for the shop, which is some software which I’m very familiar with. It’s got all kinds of usefull stuff for automatically emailing customers with updates, so I know for a fact that it just them being useless with their customer service!<\/p>\n
I’ve sent them a few emails asking on the status of my order, all were quite polite! I’ve even tried to phone them during american working hours, but every time I get that blasted ‘no one can take your call. Bye[click]’ message.<\/p>\n
I thought americans were supposed to be kings of the meaningless smiling face of customer service with their “would you like fries with that?” and their “Have a nice day!”. I guess that doesn’t apply in Illinois.<\/p>\n
Or maybe I’m wrong. Maybe they’re really polite, but their fat cheeseburger filled fingers just can’t use keyboards.<\/p>\n

Anyway.. so yeah, I’m really happy that my drive plate is finally in transit and I’m only ranting now because even if the Illinois clique are reading this, there’s nothing they can do, now it’s posted!
