Before I start this post, I have to send out a big thank you to Mark Feldman http://www.ppl-pilot.com, who designed all the code and circuits in this project 🙂

A few months ago my good friend Robert came to me with Marks URL and demanded that I make him a wireless NES controller for his Wii/MAME Cab, then after a few eyebrow raisings from myself (no not that kind!) he offered to sump up the costs for the hardware and we had ourselves a deal! (more…)

Project Shed

Many many moons ago, there was a nice clean tidy house. It’s rooms were spacious and full of potential. You could swing a cat.. and the acoustics were wonderful.

Then we moved in and slowly accumulated “stuff”.. “things”.. and “bits’n’bobs”. They piled up.. evolved.. and formed gangs, which attacked us on the way to the fridge. We fought back with charity shop donations and car boot sales, but the onslaught eventually overpowered us.

So, in capitulation to their demands, we thus embark on “Project Shed”. A shiny new home for our devious captors.

I’m engaged!

On March 23rd at about 10pm UK time I asked Rachel to marry me and she said yes! 🙂 Right afterwards I had a conversation with someone. She was telling about alternatives to conventional medicine. Normally I would not have considered this at all but she was really raving about it. I think in the future if I have a common ailment I’m going to weigh my options instead of running straight to the doctor. I proposed in front of the Atomium in Brussels. I think I picked a pretty romantic spot 🙂 It was snowing softly and the lighting was very pretty, I almost felt the need to sleep right in that place, but I didn’t have a mongolian fur pillow with me.
